To place an order , follow these steps:

Pick the product you wish to order from our shop

Choose the size and color of the product

Click the “Add to cart “ button.

Proceed to check out 

Fill in your information

Click “Place Order”

By following these steps, your order will be in the system and be processed.

Currently, we ship inside Egypt & USA only.We will be providing international shipping to other countries soon.

Our office hours are 10 a.m - 5 p.m on weekdays.

Fridays -Saturdays are off.

Unfortunately, as a brand policy and due to safety reasons, opening the packages while the courier awaits is not permissible.

Provide us with the order number and a photo of the received product.

You can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to revise or cancel orders once they have been placed. Currently, TOY products  are only sold online exclusively through our website. We do not sell through any retailers or other websites.
