We at TOY are always delighted to deliver your package as quickly as possible!

It usually takes from (5-6) business days in order to ship your order. Fortunately some orders may be shipped by the next day. We hope you know that we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible , and that we appreciate and value your patience.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange

Due to safety reasons, opening the packages while the courier awaits is not permissible.

If you wish to return/exchange your item, please make sure to observe the following :

-Returns and Exchanges are eligible for a 14 days period.

-Items must be in their original state as received.Meaning that items must be in a new, unworn, unwashed condition, to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.

-Items must be in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

-Please ensure to have the order number and name before return or exchange.

-Exchange requests are subjected to product availability.A store credit will be issued if the requested item is no longer available.

-Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

-The customer is charged the return shipping fees.

Please ensure to report an issue within 24hrs if the item you received is either:

-Damaged

-Defective

-Wrong

-We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

-All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Refund can be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our above criteria.

 -If the Return/Exchange item  is accepted by our quality team,

Refunds will be processed and the return shipping fees will be deducted.

For exchanges, your new order will be shipped in 5-6 business days with any price difference and/or shipping fees.

 -If the Return/Exchange item is not accepted, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address. Customer will also be subjected to the return shipping fees.

We ship inside Egypt & USA only.We will be providing international shipping to other countries soon.
